Off Exchange Enrollment
If you do not feel you will qualify for a subsidy based on requirements above, the enrollment process for ACA Jan 1st non-Exchange plans is much simpler (5 pages versus 38 in Exchange). You can access the online applications below for the main carriers as made available by the carriers:
